Chi siamo

Le Delizie sono due donne mosse – in senso figurato ma anche reale – dalla passione per il gusto.

Paola, veterana nel campo dell’enogastronomia, è proprietaria del negozio La Delizia, che si trova a Russi (in provincia di Ravenna). Da anni e anni, ricerca e seleziona i prodotti migliori che il panorama italiano proponga, per poi offrirli ai suoi clienti. E’ un vulcano di idee e di entusiasmo, ama profondamente il cibo e la sua filosofia prevede la conoscenza diretta del produttore e dei suoi metodi di lavoro… d’altronde, chi dà passione chiede in cambio passione!

Arianna nasce come psicologa, ma ha molte passioni (parola d’ordine assoluta) che porta avanti con soddisfazione. Fra di esse, quella per il cibo è sicuramente centrale, ed è proprio grazie a questa che ha incontrato Paola. Dall’unione fra questo amore e quelli per la scrittura e la fotografia, è nato il suo blog Fool for Food. Ora, completamente contagiata dall’entusiasmo di Paola, è impaziente di accompagnarla in questa nuova avventura!

WHO WE ARE

The Delights are two women moved – figuratively but also literally – by their passion for taste.

Paola, veteran in the wine-and-food world, is the owner of La Delizia (The Delight), a shop located in Russi (a small town next to Ravenna). From a really long time, she looks for and selects the best products of Italy, in order to offer them to her customers. She’s a powerhouse of ideas and ethusiasm, she deeply loves food and her philosophy includes the direct knowledge of the maker and his working method… when you give passion, you ask for passion in return!

Arianna is a psychologist, but she has lots of passions (which is the absolute password) that she pursues with satisfaction. Among them, food is certainly central, and thanks to it she met Paola. The union between the love for food and the ones for writing and photography gave birth to her blog Fool for Food. Now, completely infected by Paola’s enthusiasm, she’s eagerly awaiting to go with her in this new adventure!
